Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. Manuscripts should be easy to read and their contents presented clearly, with line number and page number. Figures and Tables should be put on the end of Text (or listed as Supplementary File), each page for one Figure/Table. Click HERE to download a standard manuscript preparation.
  3. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  4. Authors may suggest 3-4 recommended reviewers. Please give us contact information for each suggested reviewers in the following Comments for the Editor box, and please provide specific reasons for your suggestion for each person. Note that we may not use your suggestions, but your help is appreciated and may speed up the selection of appropriate reviewers.

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Regular Article Processing Charge: 1200.00 (CAD)

If the submission is accepted for publishing, the author will be asked to pay an Article Processing Charge to cover publishing costs.

If author does not have enough funds to pay such cost, you are welcome to write to Dr. Annie Nyu (the Managing Director, annie.nyu@sophiapublisher.com) to apply for reduction or exemption; you will have an opportunity to waive APC. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
