1 One World, One Ocean (Aims and Scope)

International Journal of Marine Science (IJMS) is committed to publishing and disseminating all the latest and outstanding research articles, letters and reviews in marine science, but we especially focus on marine conservation for we have but one ocean.

One World One Ocean and we also especially concern about the global issues such as sea level rise, climate change and marine pollution. As we know such issues in the developing countries are more serious, so IJMS has a preference for the authors from those countries. We ask the readers do not be too critical about their scholarship but pay more attention to the problem they addressed. It is also our problem.

Global issues need global cooperation; IJMS also favors the researches done by international teams. Ocean unites us together, we are family.
